By using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Customer Bookings and Responsibilities

For Businesses

Businesses using the Service are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of their availability, services, pricing, and policies

  • Communications with their customers

  • Fulfillment of scheduled appointments

For End Users (Customers)

Customers booking appointments:

  • Do so directly with the business

  • Acknowledge that Chronicaly is not responsible for service delivery, cancellations, disputes, or outcomes

5. Payments and Subscriptions

If applicable:

  • Subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be disclosed prior to purchase

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

  • We may change pricing with reasonable notice

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Interfere with the performance or security of the Service

  • Upload malicious code or content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

  • Service interruptions or data inaccuracies

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

  • Your interactions with customers or third parties

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access:
